ProConvey Enhances Conveyancing with New Search Features in Partnership with The Search Bureau

ProConvey, the UK’s leading conveyancing technology startup, has integrated with The Search Bureau to introduce advanced features designed to simplify and streamline property search processes for legal professionals. Since their establishment in 2008, The Search Bureau promotes the highest level of service from a fully independent provider. With qualified staff from the industry providing the best in class. 

Together, they unveil the new  functionality on the ProConvey platform, designed to streamline one of the most integral parts of the conveyancing process. This feature allows lawyers to seamlessly order and manage property searches via a dedicated menu.  

To further enhance efficiency, the new feature includes additional notifications and emails to ensure nothing is missed. ProConvey continues to demonstrate foresight by enabling conveyancers to notify clients upon receipt of searches, if required. Furthermore, the upcoming launch of a comprehensive search report feature for both conveyancers and clients will further enhance transparency and streamline the process.
